To be who you are truly meant to be and go back to your roots to uncover your latent talent or not? GE is choosing to be. It has evolved from the foremost light bulb to one of the largest global brands in the world.
When a company is successful it takes guts and courage to take risks and continue to change and grow. Bob Cancalosi who is in charge of Global Training for clients and is a 28 year GE veteran, shares how the company is pushing boundaries and teaching its employees and clients to take entrepreneurial risk.


Bob Cancalosi is one of the 9 executives at GE Crotonville who is responsible for the $1 Billion annual investment in leadership development for GE's global employees and strategic customers. Bob is a 28 year veteran at GE with a variety of executive roles in Silicones, Plastics, Healthcare and GE Corporate. He has led multiple leadership transformations at GE ranging from 8 years as GE Healthcare's CLO in building a culture of boundary-less collaboration to the past 3 years in leading the GE Leadership Simplification at GE Crotonville. He currently leads the customer leadership education team at GE where his team delivers high-impact Crotonville leadership learning experiences that drive customer success and accentuate the unique value of GE in strategic markets. Bob has BBA & MBA from St. Bonaventure University and teaches executive leadership at Kellogg & Wharton.
