Dr. Gloria León Paz is a geneticist who has dedicated her lifework to an idea that was deemed as impossible by the scientific community: the possibility of seeing DNA under a microscope.

Her method could change forever the way deseases and health conditions are diagnosed and prevented.

She has been published in academic journals in México, Germany and Spain and holds a patent for her DNA oberving method in the United States.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
