The Art of the Hustle: Baron Batch at TEDxGrandviewAve

Baron Batch is an artist, traveler, writer, salsa maker, speaker, businessman, entrepreneur, and fully self-employed doing the things that he loves. Batch ended up in Pittsburgh after being drafted in the 7th round of the 2011 NFL draft. Batch played 2 seasons with the Steelers and upon his release, he decided to hang up the cleats and pursue other challenging feats (domination of the art and salsa industry).

Batch is originally from Texas, but decided to make Pittsburgh his new home after falling in love with the city, even though the reason he initially came here for is not binding him to it any longer. After growing up with absolutely nothing, his biggest fear is not fully utilizing every talent, ability, and passion to the fullest.

Batch works to spread this message through his daily work, art, products and writings.
