The invisible revolution: Anna Zaera at TEDxAmposta

Confidence and affinity relationships create invisible collaboration networks. I would like to focus on these links between individuals, which in the end are changing our organisations and companies, making them more intelligent and flexible. Changes in human ecosystems are sometimes invisible, but we must be aware that we are reinforcing our ties in each interaction, from those most common everyday ones to the more formal ones.
The old way is being replaced by cooperative, self organizing, distributed systems based in commitment. This is the first step to give priority to the group over the individual and encourage members to adopt a joint identity that unites them around a shared goal.
My job as a journalist have given me the chance to discover how people in small comunities, in that case in Terres de l'Ebre, are creating new projectes (sometimes small projects) that can change the world.


In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
