Juan Pablo Gaviria is a Colombian founder, photographer and creative consultant at 360 Digital company. After working for over 15 years in the TV industry as Creator, Director and Producer, he is still looking for what he wants to do in life. Creativity is everything to him and his brain wont stop thinking for a minute on how to improve something, or simply how to change the future of humanity.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
