As a child, Logan allowed his overwhelming struggle with dyslexia, ADD and anxiety to overshadow his passions and his disabilities began to define. Through some outside of the box thinking, Logan was able to turn his disability into a strength, opening up a new world of personal possibilities. Through the learning process that he has created, he is able to apply his battles with dyslexia to develop and excel in many fields, including a form of circus arts called Cyr Wheel.

Logan Godby is a first year student at the Florida State University and is studying Civil Engineering. He is passionate about creating positive sustainable change in our world as well as empowering others to do the same. Logan uses his background in performing arts as a coping mechanism as well as a device to educate others on the struggles of dyslexia, ADD and anxiety. He has trained in circus arts for three years and is a part of the Flying High Circus on Florida State's Campus. Logan has applied the learning process he has developed from coping with dyslexia in unique ways to open up a new world of possibilities.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
