Think Big, Dare and Work Hard: Agron SHEHAJ at TEDxTirana

People complain, especially in a time of crisis, especially in a developing country. Most would curse the reality and create perfect alibis for inaction, but for Agron Shehaj, the ones that realize the hidden opportunities in this realm of uncertainty, will stand up high, risk and succeed.
Agron Shehaj, was born in Albania and left the country, during the 1990s mass exodus, when he was only 13 years old. He grew up in Italy, and studied Business Economics in Florence. When 28 years old, he returned to Albania and became the CEO and founder of its own company IDS (the very first Albanian company capable to export services to the European market). With more than 3000 employees working in his business, Agron was awarded the prize "Employer of the year 2013" and is one of the most important Albanian businessman.
