Ethan talks about the musical technique of looping and what its benefits and drawbacks are for the future direction of music. He demonstrates some aspects of the technique throughout the talk. Ethan Blake is a freshman at Brown University and originates from West Orange, NJ, a metropolitan suburb of New York City. Ethan is interested in pursuing Urban Studies in college. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, running/hiking/biking, watching theatre and film, traveling, engaging in humanitarian causes, and cooking and eating ethnic foods.
