The sweeping new US tariffs on more than 90 countries have come into affect. Moments after the deadline, President Donald Trump said billions of dollars were now flowing into America. He's hoping the levies will encourage jobs and manufacturing industries to return to the US. Craig Boswell reports from Washington.
