What is Design? : Akshar Pathak at TEDxXLRI

Akshar Pathak is an artist and a graphic designer is the man behind the Facebook page "Minimal Bollywood Posters" that has over 42,000 likes from movie connoisseurs and designers across the globe. His posters have been widely recognized in the digital world and featured in over 90 magazines and newspapers.

Tweetard is another such pet project by Akshar that he started in late 2012. Tweetard works under Pathak's profound philosophy that "Twitter is a sheltered workshop for evil geniuses" and hence, he began depicting the works of various Twitter Handles in graphic form.
He has earlier worked with Happily Unmarried, Comic Con India, DSYN and is currently working with Zomato as a Brand Associate.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
