美術作家兼・神職
福岡県福岡市生まれ。東京造形大学造形学部美術学科彫刻専攻卒業後、國學院大學神道文化学部神道学専攻科を修了。人類における芸術表現の発端、その動機はそもそも祈りであったとして、祈りの研究を進めるために神職の道へ。現在は美術作家として、福岡県香椎宮神職として、両分野をハイブリッドしながら活動中。

Fukuoka native Hideo Kinoshita graduated from Tokyo Zokei University with a degree in sculpting. He then completed Shinto studies at Kokugakuin University. In his art, he uses mankind and prayer as sources of artistic inspiration and works to blend the two. He has become a priest in order to study prayer since finishing his studies. He is currently a priest at Kashii-gu shrine.

TEDxFukuoka is one of the TEDx conferences. 

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local,self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
