You'll need

For the dough;

2 eggs
150 g butter
10 g instant yeast
1 cup warm water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
5 cups flour

For the cream;

3 cups milk
3 tablespoons flour, heaped
2 tablespoons starch
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 pack whipped cream powder

For the top;

Powdered sugar
Ground pistachios

For the chocolate sauce;

100 g butter, or margarine
100 g dark chocolate
20 g chocolate spread

1 cup = 200 ml
