As he reflects and shares his experiences with startup culture, he explains the importance of optimizing for the present instead of worrying about the future.

Rohan currently works for the Camera Culture Group in the MIT Media Lab, focusing on wearable devices and mobile apps. Through startup competitions, innovation spaces, and local accelerators, he still works with dozens of startups.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
