Principal and CEO of Courtney Consulting Enterprises, LLC, a national award-winning
stress management speaking and training company, is an American of African, Irish
and Cherokee heritages. Considered an authority on the psychology of workplace behavior and infusing wellness in all facets of work and life, Michelle has served as an opening speaker, confidant, and life coach for top performers, national leaders, front-line workers and other visionaries around the U.S., Canada and Africa since 1990. From that time to the present, Michelle has delivered more than 3,000 inspirational speeches, talks and keynote addresses.
