You’ll need

3 tbsp instant coffee granules
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp hot water
Hot milk

Here’s how

1. In a medium bowl, combine 3 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp hot water.
2. Start to whisk vigorously by hand until the mixture turns silky smooth, creamy and shiny. It will take a good 10-15 minutes. If you have a hand mixer, you can certainly use it.
3. Pour some of your heated milk in a deep bowl and whisk using a frothing wand until it reaches the desired frothiness. You can also place your milk in a jar, screw the lid on very tightly, and shake away to froth milk.
4. Take a serving cup and add some frothy coffee mixture in.
5. Pour in a little hot milk and finally use a spoon to heap the foam on top.
6. Enjoy!
