Latte Coffee Pudding Dessert | How To Make Layered Coffee Chocolate Pudding

This latte coffee pudding recipe is a silky, sweet, coffee and chocolate flavored dessert fit for any occasion. It's like eating a caffè latte! ????☕

You'll need

1 liter milk
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp vanilla sugar
200 ml heavy cream

For the layers:

1 tbsp instant coffee granules
1 packet dark chocolate (80 g)

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

Begin by taking the milk in a suitable saucepan. Add sugar, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch, and stir until it forms a smooth mixture.
Turn on the heat and start cooking the pudding over medium heat, constantly stirring until it comes to a boil and thickens. Be careful not to set the heat too high during this step.
Once it starts boiling, add the heavy cream and vanilla sugar into the pudding, stir and remove the saucepan from the heat.
Divide the prepared pudding equally into three separate bowls.
Add instant coffee granules to one of the bowls and mix until they dissolve.
In another bowl, add the dark chocolate and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Use serving bowls or glasses for layering. Start by adding the white pudding layer, followed by the coffee-flavored pudding, and then the chocolate pudding. Smooth the tops.
Once prepared, allow the puddings to cool to room temperature.
Place them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to chill.
Once the puddings have set, you can decorate them as desired before serving. Enjoy!
