Easy No-Bake COFFEE PARFAIT

Ingredients

300 ml of cold, fresh milk
1 ½ tsp of coffee granules
150 g of chantilly powder
½ cup of chocolate chips
½ cup of crushed hazelnuts
200 g of roughly crushed biscuits

Preparation

1- In a large bowl, mix 300 ml of cold fresh milk with 1 ½ tsp of coffee granules.
2- Add in 150 g of chantilly powder and whisk.
3- Mix ½ cup of chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of crushed hazelnuts and 200 g of roughly crushed biscuits into the chantilly cream.
4- Line a small baton cake pan with cling film to remove the parfait easily before serving.
5- Pour the mixture into the pan and cover with cling film.
6- Let the parfait rest in the freezer overnight.
7- Peel the cling film off and pass the parfait into a serving plate.
8- Pour melted chocolate on the parfait, decorate as desired.
9- Coffee parfait is ready to serve.
