Tega Shiimi ya Shiimi is a visionary with a broad skill set operating in a multi-faceted environment on the African continent and in the international arena.

Tega serves on the boards of a number of companies and institutions, the most recent is his appointment non‐executive Director to the Capricorn Holdings Limited.

Furthermore he sits on the Advisory Council to Parliament, which advises the Namibian government specifically on the national financial sector strategy on transformation for the Namibian industry. Tega also serves on the Namibia Business Innovation Centre Advisory Council.
