Uyelele -- The Namibian Solar bottle Project : Hendrik Ehlers at TEDxWindhoek

Hendrik Ehlers together with his wife Lize Ehlers, a well-known singer, actress, playwright and poet, run the Uyelele project, also known as the Namibian Solar Bottle Project.

In Namibia with his company HEC cc he ran a number of rapid-prototyping projects and became a sought after international speaker as well as a member of the standards commission of humanitarian demining in Geneva. Some of his inventions are officially listed as historic milestones in this industry and until to date are widely used.
