Kadın Adayları Destekleme Derneği (KADER), siyasette kadın politikacıların daha yüksek rakamlarla temsil edilebilmesi için, ABD Büyükelçiliği desteğiyle hayat bulan genç kadınlar için düzenlediği Siyaset Okulları ile kadınların siyaset sahnesinde daha çok yer alması için imkan sunuyor.

Political School for Women
Overall object of the Political School for Women project is to raise awareness among youth and increase the participation of young women at decision making processes by empowering female university students.
Female students from different locations and with different backgrounds and stances will be the target group and they will attend training workshops, where the methodology will be of a participatory approach. The participants will be equipped with knowledge on political participation and the necessary tools such as related legislation and on pertinent equality bodies and the sessions will also encompass experience sharing, self assertiveness and organizing sections.
