You'll need

1 medium cauliflower

For the sauce;
1 egg
4 tbsp cornmeal
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup sparkling mineral water

1 cup = 200 ml
