The Making of "Ruda Phat": Mas Rudas at TEDxSanAntonioSalon 2014

Mas Rudas is a San Antonio-based Chicana art collective that creates multi-media installations incorporating video, photography, painting, sculpture, fiber, performance, audio, and text to create dialogue about social and cultural issues, confront the traditional canon of art, and create a space to address personal and social identities. Their installation, entitled "Ruda Phat" focused on the theme of body image and confronted mainstream society's representations of women's bodies.
