The Belt and Road Initiative “perfectly” complements Indonesia’s priority infrastructure programmes, said Suryo Bambang Sulisto, founder of Indonesia’s PT Satmarindo Group. He believed Hong Kong would be an important facilitator for financing such programmes, while the Belt and Road Summit – which he was attending this year – should be held on at least an annual basis to help the countries involved.
