Beth Davis at TEDxSiouxFalls

Beth Davis is the President of Dakota Resources, a statewide, not-for-profit that stimulates financial and human investment in South Dakota communities that are invested in themselves. Prior to coming to Dakota Resources, Beth was a partner in Midwest Mediation and Facilitation, Inc., a conflict resolution firm specializing in business and environmental disputes. Beth served as the interim Director for the Entrepreneur Network for Women and Coordinator for the Center for Enterprise Facilitation. Ms. Davis directed a statewide community health education non-profit organization. Beth has started several private business enterprises as well as being a social entrepreneur. Everything Beth does is grounded in her unflinching faith in people's ability to tap into infinite wisdom for collective good.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
