Pocklington School was the first independent school to lead a Middle Leaders Development Programme for a cluster of local maintained schools. Mark will focus on his experiences of building the cluster and how that evolved into a dynamic coaching programme by sharing expertise with other organizations including a law firm and the NHS to inspire 21st century learning.
