These chocolate hazelnut brownies taste so good with flavor from dark chocolate and crunchy hazelnuts, and super easy to make! ????
You'll need
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
200 g dark chocolate
150 g butter
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 cup flour
For the top;
Chopped hazelnuts
1 cup = 200 ml
Here's how
Melt the butter in a suitable pan over medium heat.
Once the butter has completely melted, add the dark chocolate.
Turn off the heat and stir the chocolate until it is completely melted, using a spoon or spatula.
After melting the chocolate thoroughly, set it aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs and sugar, using a mixer until the mixture becomes fluffy and frothy.
Add the cooled buttery chocolate to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Add flour and vanilla sugar, and mix one last time.
Transfer the prepared batter into a small square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle coarsely chopped hazelnuts on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) without the fan for approximately 40 minutes.
Allow the brownie to cool a bit after taking it out of the oven. Then, slice and serve. Enjoy!
