Perfect cookies to enjoy as the weather gets colder. Each cookie is rolled in cinnamon hazelnut mixture for a warm spicy flavoring. Just incredible! ????

You'll need

For the dough;

250 g butter
1 egg
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 cups flour

For the hazelnut mixture;

1 cup chopped hazelnuts
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 cup = 200 ml
