You'll need

1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
125 ml oil
125 g margarine or butter
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 cups flour

For the syrup;
250 ml water
1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/4 olacak

For the top;
Shredded coconut
Ground pistachio

1 cup = 200 ml
