125 g butter
60 ml oil
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups flour

For the top;

1 egg white
Roasted sesame seeds

1 cup = 200 ml
