150 g butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
60 ml molasses
1 egg yolk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ground ginger
3 1/2 cups flour

For the frosting;

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp meringue powder
1 tbsp water
A few drops red gel food coloring
A few drops yellow gel food coloring
A few drops green gel food coloring

1 cup = 200 ml

We just use a quick simple royal icing to decorate. Feel free to top them with powdered sugar, sprinkles, chocolate, or any other kind of frosting you like.
