You'll need

3 tbsp orange zest
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup oil (200 ml)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder

For the top;
1 egg white
Granulated sugar

1 cup = 200 ml
