Truffle Cookies ???? #shorts

Is it too early to start talking about holiday cookies? ???? These truffle cookies are easy and crazy delicious, they taste delicious for days. Try these and let us know what you think! ????

You'll need

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter (60 g)
1 egg
2 tbsp orange juice

For dusting:
Powdered sugar

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

Firstly, in a mixing bowl, combine butter, egg, orange juice, and powdered sugar using a spatula.
Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, continue mixing until the dough reaches a consistent texture.
Cover the prepared dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Take the dough from the fridge and shape it into desired-sized pieces.
Finally, coat the cookies with powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the truffle cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Once the baking is complete, your truffle cookies are ready to be served. Enjoy!
