You'll need

For the Cookie Dough

3 eggs
125 g of softened butter
100 ml of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of icing sugar
2,5 cups of corn starch
About 1,5 cups of all purpose flour
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
2 tsp of baking powder

To Coat

3-4 tbsp of chocolate spread
100 ml of vegetable oil
Cornflakes

Here's how

1- In a bowl, combine 3 eggs with 125 g of softened butter, 100 ml of vegetable oil, ¾ cup of icing sugar, 2,5 cups of corn starch, 1,5 cups of flour, 2 tsp of vanilla sugar and 2 tsp of baking powder. Knead thoroughly.
2- Take pieces from the dough, roll into balls and place them on a parchment lined baking tray.
3- Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated at 180 °C.
4- After cookies cool a little, dip them into 3-4 tbsp of chocolate spread and 100 ml of vegetable oil mixture that is prepared by water bath method and then coat with cornflakes.
5- Refrigerate for an hour.
6- Cornflake cookies are ready to serve.
