You’ll need

2 cups all-purpose flour
75 g chantilly powder
200 ml vegetable oil

Icing sugar (to dust)

Here's how

1- In a whisking bowl, mix together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 75 g of chantilly powder and 200 ml of vegetable oil. Then, mix until the dough just comes together.
2- Take small pieces from the mixture and shape them into balls.
3- Place on a parchment paper-lined oven tray.
4- Bake in an oven preheated at 180°C about 20 minutes.
5- 3-ingredient cookies are ready! Dust with icing sugar and serve! Hope you enjoy!
