Ingredients
600 ml of milk cream
1 tbsp of icing sugar
140 g of dark chocolate
70 g milk chocolate
Preparation
1- Beat 600 ml of milk cream with 1 tbsp of icing sugar.
2- Continue beating until the cream foams and thickens.
3- Add in 70 g of milk chocolate and 140 g of dark chocolate mixture that is melted in a water-bath. Continue beating.
4- Pass the mousse into serving cups.
5- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
6- Chocolate mousse is ready to serve.
7- Decorate as desired before serving.
8- Enjoy!
