Recipe for Roll Cookies with Apple, Cinnamon and Walnut

Today we are gonna show you how to make delicious apple roll cookies! :) It's very easy to make. If you want to make cookies with cinnamon this crunchy cookies would be a good choice. These roll shaped cookies are so cute.
Transfer grated apples into a wide pan Add sugar When it's slightly thickened add cinnamon When it cools down, you can add the walnuts that you have minced Directions for the dough: Transfer softened unsalted butter into a large bowl then add icing sugar Add egg and strained yogurt Add vegetable oil and vanilla powder Add flour and baking powder Gradually add flour until it's become soft and unsticky Cut the dough in 2 equal pieces Roll the dough until it's become medium thin Spread the apple mixture Carefully give the final roll shape Cover it in plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for a hour You can slice it Transfer on the baking paper Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, in 180C (360F) pre-heated oven

For the dough:
1 egg
Half a cup unsalted butter
Half a cup of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons strained yoghurt
Half cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon of baking powder
3.5 cups flour

4 apples
5 tablespoons sugar
Half cup walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the top:
Caster sugar
