How to Make APPLE CINNAMON CAKE

You'll need

4 eggs
1 + ¼ cup of granulated sugar
100 ml of vegetable oil
200 ml of fresh milk
2 tsp of vanilla
2,5 cups of sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder
3 grated apples
1 tsp of powdered cinnamon
3/4 cup of crushed walnuts

Here's how

1- In a whisking bowl, beat 4 eggs with 1 + ¼ cup of granulated sugar until whiten.
2- Pour 100 ml of vegetable oil, 200 ml of fresh milk and 2 tsp of vanilla and continue beating.
3- Add in 2,5 cups of sifted all purpose flour and 2 tsp of baking powder and whisk thoroughly.
4- Finally add 3 grated apples, 1 tsp of powdered cinnamon and ¾ cup of crushed walnuts. Stir gently.
5- Pour the batter into a greased bundt cake pan.
6- Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated at 180 °C.
7- Apple cinnamon cake is ready to serve.
