You'll need
For the Cake
3 eggs
100 ml vegetable oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
200 ml fresh milk
For the Cream
150 g chantilly powder
300 ml fresh, cold milk
3 tbsp chocolate
For the Ganache
80 g dark chocolate
200 ml heated milk cream
Here's how
1- In a whisking bowl, beat 3 eggs with ¾ cup of granulated sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla sugar for 5 minutes.
2- Pour 200 ml of fresh milk and 100 ml of vegetable oil and continue beating.
3- Add in 2 tbsp of sifted cocoa powder, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 cups of all purpose flour and whisk briefly.
4- Pour the cake batter in a greased ovenware.
5- Bake for 20 min in an oven preheated at 175 °C.
6- After cooled slightly, poke holes on the surface of the cake with the help of a toothpick.
7- Pour 300 ml of fresh milk onto the cake.
8- In a bowl, whisk 150 g of chantilly powder with 300 ml of fresh, cold milk.
9- Add in 3 tbsp of chocolate spread and whisk again.
10- Spread the cream over the cake and refrigerate for an hour.
11- For the ganache: Melt 80 g of dark chocolate with 200 ml of heated milk cream.
12- Cover the cream layer with the cooled ganache. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
13- Decorate as desired and serve.
14- Enjoy!
