You'll need

3 eggs
300 ml of fresh milk
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1+ ¼ cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Spinach

Here's how

1- In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with 300 ml of fresh milk, 1 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
2- Add in 1+ ¼ cup of all purpose flour and 1 tsp of baking powder. Continue whisking.
3- Chop 1 cup of spinach.
4- Add the cut spinach to the batter and mix.
5- Brush a small sized skillet with vegetable oil and pour one ladle of batter.
6- Swirl around the batter to cover the entire base of the pan.
7- Spinach crepes are ready to serve once cooked until golden brown on both sides.
8- Enjoy!
