Ingredients

Juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp of vinegar
500 g of mushrooms
2 tbsp of butter (to saute the mushrooms)
2 tbsp of butter
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
500 ml of fresh milk
600 ml of hot water
Salt, pepper

Preparation

1- Add juice of half a lemon and 2 tbsp of vinegar into boiling water.
2-Add in washed and drained 500 g of mushrooms and cook.
3- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet.
4- Add in cooked and cut mushrooms and saute.
5- In a separate pan melt 2 tbsp of butter.
6- Add in 3 tbsp of all purpose flour and brown.
7- Pour 500 ml of fresh milk over the flour and whisk until boils.
8- Mix in 600 ml of hot water.
9- Add the sauteed mushrooms into the pan and boil for 2-3 minutes.
10- Add in salt and pepper. Boil for 5 more minutes.
11- Mushroom soup is ready to serve.
