Charlotte builds leadership and strategy for systems change. She is deeply dissatisfied with our current economic and political system, which has become disconnected from the needs of people and planet. She builds movements of people who are creating alternatives to these systems. Specifically, she helps leaders within these movements develop the inner strength and the strategies they need to scale their work.

Right now she has a focus on finance – in co-leading the Finance Innovation Lab and economics – working with the leadership team of the New Economy Organisers Network.

Charlotte has learnt that this work is most powerful when it is built on love. She accesses love through her deep connection to the amazing people she works with, her friends and family, and through a daily meditation practice.
