Translational Leadership: Brad Doudican at TEDxDayton

Brad Doudican is an engineer who pursues solutions to key challenges of our times by identifying and creating conduits for collaboration and engagement. At work, he consults with regional technology producers to transfer and commercialize newly imagined and created products to solve military, academic and industrial needs. Off the clock, he helps local technologists find ways to apply their knowledge to solve real-world problems through the nonprofit organization he founded, Dayton Service Engineering Collaborative (DSEC).

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
