東日本大震災をきっかけに若手の地域離れという社会問題の存在を実感され、東京大学i.schoolで受けたイノベーション教育の経験を活かし、若手に地元の良さを再発見する機会を与えるクラブ活動を提供するi.clubを創設。現在i.clubは宮城県気仙沼市と福島県会津若松市で展開され、新たなイノベーション教育メソッドによる社会問題の解決を目指しています。

Ever since the 3.11 Earthquake, Mr. Ogawa came to recognize the phenomenon of the youth leaving local communities as a serious social issue. Inspired by the innovation education he received at the i.school at the University of Tokyo, he set up i.club, which aims to provide a chance for youths to rediscover the beauty of their hometowns. Currently, the organization is active in Kesennuma, Miyagi prefecture and Aizu-Wakamatsu, Fukushima prefecture, and is aiming for solutions to social problems via the innovation education method.
