This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. The Future of Education in the Cloud
This journey through the life and times of a modern-day student highlights how fearlessly asking questions can lead to unbelievable opportunities.


Miles Aron is currently a Fulbright Scholar in Switzerland at the University of Zurich where he is working on a technique for noninvasive drug delivery to the brain. In the Fall, he will start at the University of Oxford where he was awarded the John G. Martin Scholarship. During his undergraduate career at the University of Hartford, Miles interned at the US Department of Energy at the Stanford Linear Accelerator, and at NASA Ames Research Center under a US Space Grant. Beyond acoustical and biomedical engineering, Miles also studied jazz guitar at the Hartt School of Music. Miles' newest endeavor, STEMbuds, is a completely free multimedia question and answer platform for students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
