I had my family coming to my home here in Istanbul for lunch time. We usually make Turkish tea and different salads, koftas, poaca filled with cheese or potato and desserts of course.
This time i only had a morning time to get prepare the menu. I still want it to be look fancy and generous. So i decided to make 6 recipes:
