Here comes perfectly soft and fluffy focaccia bread recipe that's not only picture-perfect but also surprisingly easy to make. ????

You'll need

4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups warm water (300 ml)
1/2 cup olive oil (100 ml)
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
10g instant yeast

Fresh chives
Rosemary
Purple onion
Capia pepper
Black olives
Blue poppy seeds

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

Take flour, yeast, salt, sugar, warm water, and olive oil in a kneading bowl, and let the machine knead the dough until it comes together. Alternatively, you can prepare the dough by kneading it with your hands.
After the dough comes together, close the lid, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rest for about 1 hour for it to rise.
At the end of the time, uncover the dough and fold it with a spatula.
Place the dough in a 24x32 cm oven dish greased with olive oil. Press it with your hands to cover the dish and let it rest for about 15 minutes for the second rising.
After the time is up, pour olive oil again on the dough. Shape the dough by pressing with your fingertips.
Then, decorate the dough with fresh chives, rosemary, red onions, bell peppers, olives, and poppy seeds in any way you like.
Place the ready focaccia bread in a preheated 180°C oven, with both top and bottom heat, and bake for about 25 minutes.
After the time is up, super soft focaccia bread is ready to be served. Enjoy!
