You'll need

1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 small red beet
1 tablespoon tahini
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon water

Here's how

First, peel the beet thinly.
Then, chop it into several pieces.
Put it in a pot, add hot water, boil until it softens.
Transfer the beet to a food processor.
Add boiled chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
Process all ingredients until smooth.
Transfer the hummus to a plate, spread it evenly.
Season with cumin seeds, chickpeas, and olive oil. Enjoy!
