This 30-minute soy sauce spaghetti is our go-to pasta dish whenever I'm craving something salty and sweet. It makes a perfect dish for casual meal with your friends and a quick weeknight dinner. ????????????
So give this a try and let us know how it turns out for you. ????
You'll need
1/2 package spaghetti (250g)
1 liter hot water
1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
1 red pepper
1 carrot
4-5 broccoli florets
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
60 ml soy sauce
Chicken schnitzel (according to the number of servings)
Here's how
Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil to cook the spaghetti.
Julienne the red pepper, onion, and carrot.Separate the broccoli into florets and wash them. You can add any vegetables you have in the fridge.
Add salt to the boiling water and then add the spaghetti. You can use any type of pasta or noodles you prefer. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté the julienned vegetables and a few chopped cloves of garlic. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender; avoid overcooking to maintain their texture.
Add soy sauce and sesame seeds to the sautéed vegetables, then mix well.
Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the vegetable mixture. Stir everything together thoroughly and turn off the heat. Your soy sauce spaghetti is ready to be served.
You can serve it with schnitzel on the side or on top. Enjoy your meal!
