You'll need

For the dough;

2 cups warm milk (400 ml)
1/2 cup oil (100 ml)
1 egg
1 packet instant yeast (10g)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
5 1/2 cups flour

In between;
200 g grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
50 g butter (at room temperature)

For the top;
Egg yolk

1 cup = 200 ml
