You'll need

3 eggs
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup + 2 tbsp sugar (200 g)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (100 ml)
1 cup milk (200 ml)
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

Peel the carrots and grate them using the coarse side of a grater.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the milk and vegetable oil, and mix again briefly.
Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, and mix with the mixer until all ingredients are well combined.
Finally, fold in the grated carrots and chopped walnuts using a spatula until evenly distributed in the batter.
Grease a cake pan with a brush, ensuring every part is coated. Sprinkle some flour onto the greased pan to ensure easy removal of the cake once baked.
Pour the prepared cake batter into the greased and floured cake pan.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 50 minutes.
Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Transfer the cooled cake to a serving plate.
Once completely cooled, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cake if desired. Enjoy!
